How emotional branding made a debt charity a more logical choice

When the Consumer Credit Counselling Service became StepChange Debt Charity, we launched their new brand and brought it to life, both internally and externally. Our work involved over 50 pieces of literature, more than 500 website pages, 23 major client-facing processes, the branding of 6 offices and helped inspire more than 1,000 staff.

More importantly, we planned and purchased digital media to reach out to millions of people in the UK whose lives were being affected by problem debt.

Our ‘sleeplessness’ campaign opened people’s eyes to the help, advice and practical solutions that are available. Awareness of StepChange Debt Charity has grown dramatically. And thousands of people are sleeping easier as a result.
